- The Company shall conduct education and training in accordance with the Talent Quality-Management System (TTQS) by the Taiwan Ministry of Labor. Through internal and external educational training, we aim to support employees' growth and the Company's sustainable development.
- Internal educational training：The Company appoints excellent internal lecturers or invites external lecturers to strengthen employees' quality concepts and competencies and to introduce the employees to the Company's business philosophy.
- External educational training：We select good quality external courses to enhance employee competencies.

- To ensure the quality of training, the Company shall establish a complete educational training system and related regulations based on the PDDRO model, as well as striving to pass the TTQS evaluation.
